Highway Discipline Manager (Transportation Design Engineer VII)
Nature of Work: The Highway Discipline Manager serves in the Office of Engineering and Construction by assuming the leadership role for managing and coordinating major highway interchange projects, major highway design and toll plaza projects, minor facility rehabilitation projects, and highway studies. This position is responsible for the management of consultants and in-house design of capital projects and task orders by providing review, supervision, and direction to MDTA engineers and consulting engineers for MDTA highway projects and in support of other engineering projects or MDTA projects that involve highway design.
