The Position Under the general direction of senior management of Electrical Services, this management position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Electric Services Section of the Glendale Water & Power Department.Essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensures Department services are provided with exceptional customer service and the highest level of ethical standards.  Provides direct oversight of the Electrical Engineering Section and may be assigned to oversee the Field Operations Section. Performs the planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordination, reporting, budgeting, and communications functions for the Electrical Engineering Section.
