With support from the parks' maintenance supervisor and public works superintendent, plans, directs, manages, and oversees all public works operations; develops departmental and capital budgets and completes departmental strategic planning; manages capital projects from inception to completion; completes review of proposed development projects. Ability to design utilities and roads projects preferred, but not required.  Salary: $105,705 - $135,907.20 DOQ + excellent benefits
