The National Account Manager/Technical Water Sales is responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with assigned customer accounts. Managing sales and profit goals within domestic markets with identified strategic customers.
Candidate Profile:
An experienced Outside sales Manager in the area of commercial water treatment equipment.
Technical solutions sales background.
Builds and maintains meaningful relationships with distributors, rep groups and customers.
Serves as the strategic lead building the customer’s future around Antunes equipment.
Competencies:
Results Orientation – Stays on the course from start to finish.
Business Acumen – Leverages data to provide insight and solutions to the unique situations our customers face.
Situational Leadership – Influential consultant; approaches each interaction skillfully and intentionally establishing creditability as a trusted advisor.
Other considerations:
Bachelor’s degree required in Business/ Engineering or life Sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.
Knowledge of water filtration industry or specialty chemical industry.
5-7 years field sales national technical field sales experience.
Minimum 5-10 years sales experience in process equipment.
Experience managing large global accounts and diverse product offerings.
At minimum, requires significant travel (domestic and international) 50-60% of the time.
