Assistant Professor, Biological Design Center
            The College of Engineering at Boston University has embarked on a bold new strategic plan that will pursue excellence and impact along convergent and collaborative research themes. Pending Provost’s approval, the College anticipates an opening for a junior, tenure-track faculty member to join the Biological Design Center, whose faculty focus on building as a way to understand the design principles underlying biological systems. We envisage a candidate whose research interests are in bringing novel tools to bear on understanding and constructing multicellular tissues or organ systems. Areas of particular research interest include regenerative medicin
