Position Overview Under general direction, manages functions of the Agency involving the acquisition, modification and renewal of and compliance with water use permits and environmental permits related to wetland mitigation, restoration, stormwater and land management. Employees in this class have comprehensive knowledge of agency facilities, well construction laws and regulations, water use permitting and environmental permitting laws and regulations, hydrogeology, well design/testing, and water supply planning. Position is responsible for the management of all activities in the areas of water use permitting, production/monitor/mitigation well construction, hydrogeologic testing programs, environmental assessment and wellfield management programs, wetland permit
