The Stowers Institute for Medical Research invites visionary early career scientists to apply for an Assistant Investigator position. Research programs of interest include, but are not limited to biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, neuroscience, cell and developmental biology, genomics, epigenetics, evolution, regeneration, quantitative biology, and synthetic biology. Our interests run the gamut of experimental organisms and approaches. Investigator positions at the Stowers Institute are exceptional in that they are fully funded. Funding includes salary, lab, and core expenses throughout the candidate’s appointment. The Institute also provides additional funds for ongoing equipment needs.
