Matkin Hoover Engineering & Surveying (MHES) was established by John-Mark Matkin, P.E. in 2002 in Boerne, Texas. From its conception, Matkin Hoover’s entrepreneurial vision has been to provide quality engineering and surveying services to clients with the personal involvement of a small business. Today, MHES has developed and grown into a full service, professional civil engineering & surveying firm serving clients globally. Our services include; residential, multi-family, commercial, federal & municipal infrastructure, design-build, DoD contracts, construction management, land planning, street, drainage and utility design and coordination, hydrology, floodplain analysis and floodplain mapping, and complete land surveying services. The growth and success MHES is a direct result of passing these three staples of the civil engineering and surveying field on to all of our employees. MHES is supported by a strong force of experienced and dedicated licensed professional engineers, engineers-in-training, surveyors, CAD technicians, and administrative staff.
