The Daniel Guggenheim School of Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for Professor of the Practice positions. The position is a full time, permanent, non-tenure track appointment. Primary responsibilities for the position include teaching and student mentoring with an emphasis on enhancing the teaching mission of the School. Ideal candidates will have evidence of or potential for exceptional course design and instruction with emphasis on bringing to bear their experience and passion into the classroom. Individuals are sought across the wide range of aerospace engineering disciplines including structures, fluids, thermodynamics, dynamics and controls. Expertise in computational and experimental methods are also encouraged.
